18th Century Lady in a Blue Dress
As promised, here are some pictures of the 18th century inspired doll I made for my step daughter. She is a bit shiny because of the glue I used when I made the papier mache. I'm still learning about papier mache and other materials so hopefully will be able to make some changes the next time I use papier mache.

Oh Corinne, I just love your Marie doll, she is amazing. So pretty, I also love the other one too. Wow you are so talented. Have a wonderful week. Hugs, Terri
ReplyDeleteOh WOW.. she is beautiful! I love the detail with the wee little crown and I like her being a bit shiny. I would'a never guessed she was papier mache as the shine gives her a porcelain look. She is absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteShe is beautiful. I didn't know papier mache could look like that. I like it being shiny. Just lovely.
ReplyDeleteWhat a treat to see all the loving and lovely details, she is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThat is darling, Corrine. I love it. I, too, like the shininess. I have been using Gel Medium a lot more instead of other things and like the shininess. You do wonderful things, Corrine!
